Take This Ambassador Promotion

Boy, so much stress and hard work went into this. This short video project was done in concert with the rest of my class, from concept and pitching to the client, through to final assembly. I acted as artistic director on the whole thing, wrote the voiceover script, and did all of the rigging work, as well as contributing to the modeling, lighting, animation and assembly. The start of the project was flung into chaos by Covid-19 hitting, and class abruptly jumping to remote. The whole thing was punctuated by us making rookie mistakes, and me having some serious stress management problems.

The final piece! Though I have a bit of a hard time seeing past the flaws we didn't have time to fix, I'm still proud as hell. Especially the final shot, which was where I did my animation work on the piece.

The skeletons and controllers for our four rigs. I only had a couple days, due to some time challenges earlier in the project, but they still each got unique features and controls, like the goblin's ears, or the Psychomancer's eyes.

The one character I worked on all the way through; I took the lizardman from concept art through modeling, texturing and rigging.

A piece of lighting/environment concept art that I created early in the production. It's pretty simplistic, but I'm quite happy with how it turned out, given that I feel my 2d art skills can be a weak point.
